The New York Real Estate institute began working with Serr.biz in 2005. Within a month we hand coded over 500 pages of their existing content and initiated a link popularity campaign. Within 90 days NYREI.com began ranking for it’s primary search term in Google, Yahoo and MSN.
Their primary search term is “New York real estate school”. Even though their name includes institute, it is not a search term, per say. Additionally, we initiated and managed their SEM campaigns in Google, Yahoo and MSN for double seeding and brand awareness. Since then, we continued hand coding new pages, refining their meta and internal link structure, building link popularity and managing their SEM campaigns in Google, Yahoo and MSN. Through this process, they have attained phenomenal growth and a very strong ROI. Additionally they have attained top ten ranking in Google for the search term “Real Estate School.” In practice, we never targeted this term specifically, as it is too broad. But, due to their diligence and commitment to ethical SEO and SEM, they enjoy additional traffic and subsequent revenue. -- Update: In 2006 Serr.biz also developed a small Job / Resume blog for NYREI.com students and affiliated brokers called NyReJobs.com. The blog was built using b2evolutions.net. Presently, NyReJobs.com ranks number 8 in yahoo for the search term: “NY real estate jobs”.
