Since the release of Joomla 1.5, we have wanted to find time to convert Serr.biz. This weekend, we did so. Finally!

Overall, the process went fairly smoothly with the usual types of issues you would expect when converting data from one platform to another. In fact, the process was relatively easy with the "conversion" tools provided during the intitial install.

One great feature was the export / import of all of the users. Whew!  What a time saver.

In the process, we have cleaned up our template, as well as tried to make the navigation more intuitive and easy to find.

Also, we made our "members only content" free for the time being.  So, if you have downloaded the Serr.biz components lately, but don't understand how they work, well, now you can just study the online documentation.
