I have images on my computer I'd like added to my website using Joomla! But how do I get them onto the page? There are a few ways to get you computer images online - Go to Content > Content by Section and select the page you wish to edit. Once you're in click "insert image" in the intro or main text. The tag will come up and you can enter breaks if you want to space your images out. Next, go over to the "Images" tab on the right and select the "stories" sub-folder (Joomla's default image folder). If you've saved images to this folder they should be displayed above by name (i.e.: bird.jpg) in "Gallery Images."Move images over to "Content Images" using the right arrow (>>). By selecting them individually you can change their position on the page up or down. Scroll down to add tags, captions or picture alignment. Then, just click "Apply" at the bottom and preview your uploaded photos. Another way to grab your photos from your computer is by going to Site > Media Manager > Stories where you can view the image and copy its url code. Back on the edit page click the "Insert/Edit Image" button. A window will open where you can paste the image url, give it a title, description and even preview it. Click "Insert" at the bottom and your image tag will appear where you left the cursor.
