Jacl Plus VirtueMart Bug

Jacl plus and Virtuemart do not play well together by default.  If you are using JACL PLUS and Virtuemart 1.0.12 or higher, you need to apply a Jacl Plus patch, which can be acquired from the developer.

Note: Due to their poor design, there is a link in for the download just about the title of the specific download.  This is the WRONG ONE.  The download link you want is BELOW the description of the patch.

Be sure the component you download is titled:

com_patch_virtuemart1.0.11_jaclplus

If you accidentally install the wrong patch, be sure to UNINSTALL the patch, before trying to install the correct one.

Otherwise, you will receive error messages.

Note: For those who do not know, Jacl Plus is a component which allows Joomla Admins to create additional user groups and related permissions.
