| What is the difference between Joomla's apply vs save button |
|
There's the "Save" feature as well as an "Apply" on the top right tool bar of Joomla's content editing page - what's the difference? And does the tool bar "Apply" also save your photo information? The difference between "Save" and "Apply" is in where each action takes you after you click. When you make changes to content item in Joomla! and click "Apply" on the Tool Bar, it saves the changes you've made but keeps you in the editing page. If you click "Save," your data will be saved, but you'll be redirected back to the previous content menu. Note - if you add and tag photos but do not click the seperate "Apply" feature at the bottom of the image editor (MOSImage Control ) they will not save and you'll have to go back to re-work them again.
