SerrBizSEF Updated 2-28-08 - FREE AGAIN
WE have uploaded the most recent version of SerrBizSEF labeled as 2-28-08. This package included a variety of updates and patches related to bugs that users posted. This will be our final version for awhile, Joomla 1.5 has been launched and most of the SEO / SEF issues SerrBizSEF was designed for have been resolved. Given this, we have decided to allow free downloads again. Just log in, place an order and you will get an email with a download link. SerrBizSEF Update and bug fixes.
In the forums, there have been a few reports of errors related to PHP 5 and SerrBizSEf. The are listed below. We have fixed these bugs, and made some other improvements such as correcting the bug that was creating double -- in the SEF if the user used a - in the title and did not use the title alias of a content item.
Also, the fireboard SEF rule was not properly creating the HTML title, that has now been resolved.
If you have any other bugs to report, please do. :)
Note: These bug fixes required numerous minor changes in the source files. To correct, please download the latest version and manually UPLOAD files via FTP. Be sure to back up first.

SerrBizSEF has been downloaded over 1,000 times since its launch in Sept 07. This is great, and we are happy to have helped so many people with their Joomla SEO.
Sadly, we have also discovered that some people are abusing the GPL license of SerrBizSEF by "hacking the code", removing our copyright and images, and calling it their own. We expected this, however, these people are not buying the complete package. Unfortunately, we cannot afford to continue offering the product for free download. How Joomla and other component developers manage to continually develop a project for free, is mystery. Maybe they have more donations and support. We do not. Either way, we are suspending the FREE version again until further notice.
