JooMap and SerrBizSEF.
For those of you who do not know, JooMap is a very popular site map tool which creates site map of your Joomla website content. Additionally, it creates a Google Webmaster XML site map, which you can submit to Google through the Google Webmaster control panel.

Community Builder Goodbye, until...
We installed Community builder a week or so ago. Unfortunately we discovered that CB has a bug when users register via VirtueMart. Basically, users are NOT automatically approved, an consequentially, not able to download our free products until we manually approve their accounts through the control panel. We sought a solution, but nothing came up in either CB or VirtueMart. At this time we are busy with other more important projects, so have uninstalled CB for the time being. So, bye bye Community Builder...for now.
So, users, if you have tried to register in the last week and had problems logging in, please do try again. There should be no further issues.

We added a new video today about why search engine friendly urls are important. Basically, you can prove this to yourself, just by searching in Google, Yahoo and MSN for your prime keywords. Look to see what shows up. Our video does this for two terms: "Cars" and "Real Estate". In both cases, the TOP ORGANIC (Natural) SERP show a combination of keyword domain names and SEARCH ENGINE FRIENDLY URLS. Serr.biz leads at JoomlaDayNYC.com.
Being a non-conference-conference, Serr.biz was selected to lead the discussion group on Joomla SEO. Why? In part, I think, because I rose my hand first. Second, because I actually have experience in both Joomla and SEO. It seems, most of the people interested in the topic were newbie's and just needed some guidance, which we were happy to give.
