How do I add the CUSTOM FROM to a content item.

1) Go to SerrbizFLT > Tracking
The Joomla control panel opens, click MANAGE. You will see your form(s).  In the row of the form name, is the MOSBOT command.  It should be something like: CURLY BRACKET mossbflt 1 CLOSE CURLY BRACKET.  Copy that code and paste anywhere in your designated content item.
