How do I create lead tracking code for custom form?
In the Joomla control panel go to SerrBizFLT > Tracking
Click the tab called "Add / Edit".

Here you can add or edit a tracking code.

1) Select form you want to track
2) Create a tracking code.  Something like GooglePPC.  You might want too also add the Google Ad Group and the Ad variation
3) Name the Marketing Channel, in this example it would be Google.
4) Select the SEF of the content item you added the form to.
*Note in Forms LT 1.5 Legacy, this option is just a BLANK text field. Go to the FRONT end and get the URL of the content ITEM where the FORM is embedded. 5) Click the "C", which creates the full tracking URL with a tracking code.  It will look something like this: /mycontent.html?serrbizflt=googleppc.
6) Copy it and REMEMBER TO SAVE before exiting.
7) Test the form.
