How do I install SerrBizMLS-HP?
Installing the Serr.biz MLS for Hot Properties is a multi-step process as you have to install the component and upload a variety of modified Hot Property files.

After purchasing download permissions from Serr.biz, download and UN-ZIP the file SerrBizMLS-HotProp file. You should now have a new folder called SerrBizMLS-HotProp.  Inside the folder should be a zipped file called: com_bulkimport.zip and a folder called SerrBizMLS-FTP.

Step One:
1) Download and unzip package.
2) In the Joomla control panel navigate to INSTALLER > COMPONENTS
3) Install the com_bulkimport.zip file

Step Two:
1) Back up the following Hot Properties files.
/administrator/components/com_hotproperty/admin.hotproperty.php

/components/com_hotproperty/property.php
/components/com_hotproperty/property.html.php
/components/com_hotproperty/hotproperty.html.php
/components/com_hotproperty/pdf.php

/modules/mod_hp_featuredprop_wpic.php
/modules/mod_hp_hottestprop_wpic.php
/modules/mod_hp_latestprop_wpic.php
/modules/mod_hp_randomprop.php

2) Upload the modified version of the same files located in the SerrBizMLS-FTP folder.

3) Also in the SerrBizMLS-FTP folder is a file called _bulkimport_cron.php. Upload this file to your JOOMLA root folder.

5) Above the root level, create a folder called "feeds" with FTP access.

Now you have successfully installed SerrBizMLS-HotProp.

Step 3: Special notes.

1) Download this file : root > administrator > component > com_bulkimport > admin.bulkimport.config.php
2) In the second line, find SerrRealEstate.com, and change it to YOUR Domain name.
3) Upload.

Notes:
*If you have trouble uploading files, it is most likely a permissions issue.  Usually, if you change permissions to 755 or 777 that resolves the issue.

*The modified hot property component and module files were based on the custom "design" of SerrRealEstate.com.  You may need to adjust the layout to accommodate your site aesthetic. Please review SerrRealEstate.com to see the layout.
