Feed Logic Overview.

SerrBizMLS-Hot Property is designed to run in the back ground of your server with Joomla 1.0.12 installed and using Hot Properties (0.98). Once configured, the system will automatically check an FTP folder for a data feed. If the data feed is complete, SerrBizMLS reviews all records. It checks the records against the current listings.  If there is a new listing, it is added automatically. If a listing has been modified, the live listing will be modified.  If a listing is missing from the DATA FEED it is assumed that the LISTING is NO LONGER active and DELETED from the LIVE listings.


Important NOTE SerrBizMLS does NOT convert 3rd Party MLS data to the SerrBizMLS format
