SerrBizMLS does NOT automatically convert MLS data

SerrBizMLS was built to import data from a text delimited file as defined by the SerrBizMLS component.  You can map any field you want from your 3rd party MLS feed to be included in HP and the SerrBizMLS data feed.  You do so by ADDING extra fields in HP, then REGENERATING SerrBizMLS fields.  Then, you download the SAMPLE feed and YOU must convert your 3rd party MLS data to FIT the SerrBizMLS feed exactly as shown.

This is very import to understand before you decided to buy the SerrBizMLS.

You need to have some way to convert your 3rd party MLS data to the SerrBizMLS format.

We are currently looking into an add on component that will do this, but it is a couple weeks off. If you would like to expedite this creation of this component, please contact us for a custom component.
