What is the difference between Activate SerrBizSEF and Active SEF?

In the control panel of SerrBizSEF > Configuration there are two controls which should be turned on: Activate SerrBizSEF and Active SEF.

Activate SerrbizSEF turns on the component so you can work.
Active SEF turns on the SerrBizSEFs and will let the "public" see the SEF's that SerrBizSEF creates. If this is turned off, the public will see default Joomla SEFs.
