Main Menu Home link not the same as Top Menu Home link.

When upgrading a site from OpenSEF to SerrBizSEF we found that our Top Menu Home link was not shown in the SEFS. Upon investigation we remembered that we HARD CODED the Top Menu Home link using the menu function of "link to URL." As a result, the Top Menu Home link did NOT have an SEF.  To remedy, we unpublished the "link to URL" Home menu item, copied the Main Menu HOME link to the TOP Menu, and everything was fine from there.  The Top Menu showed up in the SEF control panel as /.
