SEF URL is linked to two URLs?

../index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=89&Itemid=38 is mapped to www.karnataka.com/districts/dharwad.html (as desired)

When I go to the SEF page in karnataka.com admin it shows a "i" against this URL and when I click on it, it says, Save

www.karnataka.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=89&Itemid=188 TOO is being forwarded to www.karnataka.com/districts/dharwad.html

The id of both URLs is 89 but how is SEF finding a different item id associated with www.karnataka.com/districts/dharwad.html ?

Answer:
SerrBizSEF is designed to auto-map all internal ideas related to a content item to ONE search engine friendly URL, otherwise, you would have multiple SEF's for a given item. This is considered duplicate content, and spam. Joomla creates multiple URLS for an item depending on the navigation path. A top menu link is different than a main menu link. An RSS menu link is also different. This is a problem with Joomla, as well as other CMS systems. It's jus the nature of the beast, and SerrBizSEF addresses this issue by auto-mapping multiple internal URLS to one SEF.
