Lately, a few members have tried to use serrBizSEF with Joomla 1.013 and VM 1.0.12. Everything works great, but for the checkout. The number one problem is that SerrBizSEF does NOT support shared SSL. Why? Because we feel a shared SSL is unprofessional and would never use such a solution for ourselves or premium clients. So, we never built in that functionality to SerrBizSEF. What to do? Buy a real SSL certificate. The cost ranges from $49.95 per year, and up. Or, turn off the SSL function and just use PayPal.com. We recommend this solution as running an ecommerce store has its security risks. When you use PayPal or 2checkout or Google Checkout, the responsability of advance security falls to the "processor." The processor is the one who stores all the important information. For smaller business, this may be the optimal solution to the ever growig list ecommerce security requirements. Hopefully, this will resolve the issue for most of you. If it does not, and you need more help, please contact us with your specific issue and we'll give you an estimate to fix. Or, post your comments below and maybe a group of you can sponsor a fix.
