By Default, Serr.biz uses this strategy when creating your HTML title, meta description, and keywords.

Title=Site Name - Title of content item
Description= Site Name Title of content item. Default Joomla Description.
Keywords = Title of content item, category, section, default, Joomla, keywords, site name.

So, when creating your title, use keywords relevant to the content item.
