The SerrBizMLS-Hot Property component works silently in the background adding, updating and deleting old listings at specified schedules during the day. You can add as many listings as you want. The only limitation is your server configuration.

NOTE: You will need to create a script to FORMAT the MLS / IDX data into the the SERR.biz MLS format before it can be imported via FTP / Cron.
