I just posted today 2 new products on our SerrCart (Virtuemart) website in the XYZ category. For some reason they are not showing up on the front end. I triple checked and the item is published. Can you please look into this for me. Thanks

The problem was that the XYZ category was UNPUBLISHED. When we set up your SEO CART, some categories are UNPUBLISHED because they had NO products at the time, but you were going to add the products later. As products are added to an empty category be sure to PUBLISH the category. The item is showing up now.
